Tuition is government-funded for EU students in this culturally-rich country, home according to international surveys, to the world's happiest people. Students will pay for their accommodation and living expenses but EU students will not pay tuition fees.
Study through English. Take your Master Degree, or your Bachelor Degree, or complete your Degree in 1.5 years combining learning with an internship. And remember that you can work while you study.

Postgraduate in Denmark
Qualifications and duration.
- Master Degree. 1 or 2 years.
- Doctoral studies. 3 years, depending on program and method. If admitted, you will receive a small payment while you prepare your Ph.D.
Tuition fees.
- If you are an EU/EEA student, you will be exempt from paying tuition fees at universities and colleges in Denmark.
- Students from outside Europe are charged tuition fees which vary. Figure approximately €10,000/year for international, non EU students.
Can I work while I study?
Yes, under certain conditions:
- If you are an EU/EEA or Swiss citizen, you are allowed to work and study in Denmark. If your work or study period last for more than three months, you need to apply for a registration certificate no later than three months after you arrive in Denmark.
- If you are a citizen of a country that is not part of the EU/EEA, Switzerland or the Nordic region, you will need a residence permit to study in Denmark. The residence permit allows you to work while you study in Denmark – although only for a restricted number of hours.

Undergraduate in Denmark

- Bachelor Degree. Three to four years, depending on area of study and specialization.
- AP Degree. Two years, which you can articulate into a Bachelor Degree with a further 1.5 years.
- Top-Up programmes. Build on your Diploma or AP Degree and complete your Bachelor Degree with 1.5 years often consisting of 1 year study and 6 months work experience.
