For Special Interest Courses you will probably prefer to travel on a tourist visa, if your course is under 24 weeks. For longer courses, you will need a student visa. Where will I live? English and Ski/ Snowboard

• English + Ski and Snowboarding, Tamwood International, Whistler English classes combined with lessons or just skiing/snowboarding. December to May, 15-20 hours/week, price includes lift tickets.
• Ski Instructor Course, Tamwood International, Whistler December to April. 2 weeks of English instruction and seminars that prepare students for the Canadian Ski Instructors Association 4-day exam (level 1), which you take during the third week of the course.
• Snowboard Instructor Course, Tamwood International, Whistler December to April. 2 weeks of English instruction and seminars that prepare students for the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors 3-day exam (level 1), which you take at the end of the course.
