Culinary Management.

  • Advanced Diploma in Culinary Management (2 years), Business and Hotel Management School. Graduates of BHMS Advanced Diploma program may complete their BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts Degree in one year full-time study at the University of Derby.
  • Diploma in Culinary Management (6 to 12 months), Business and Hotel Management School. Introduction to the world of food production through basic operation techniques and hands-on core competency training.
  • Associate Degree in Culinary Entrepreneurship, Business and Hotel Management School. This 12 month program builds on students' existing culinary skills and experience to deepen practical, leadership and business skills.

Patisserie.

  • Certificate in Swiss Pastry and Chocolate Arts, Culinary Institute Switzerland (Cesar Ritz) - 22 weeks. Develop advanced skills in baking and pastry, from traditional Swiss pastry through today's modern recipes and trends in plated desserts. This Certificate is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation.
