Universities such as Beijing University and Tsinghua University, have won international recognition for teaching and research facilities. Postgraduate in China

Qualifications and duration.

Master Degree: 2 to 3 years.
Doctoral studies: 3 to 5 years.

The Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China provides a listing of English taught postgraduate programmes in Chinese universities.

Tuition fees.

International students: tuition fees for a Humanities Masters Degree range from CNY 18,000-30,000. A Humanities Doctorate ranges from CNY 22,000-34,000. Sciences, Engineering and Medicine can be up to 50% higher. There is an application fee of CNY 400-800.

Bachelor Degree: 4 to 5 years of study.
Associate's Degree: 2 to 3 years of study.

Tuition fees.

International students: In Liberal Arts studies, tuition fees range from CNY14,000 to 26,000/ academic year. Sciences, Engineering and Medicine can be up to 50% higher. There is an application fee of CNY400-800.
