In the Business Management programs, students seek internships at companies in the San Diego community with the help and guidance of the program director. All internships are designed to introduce students to the American workplace and help them better understand business practices in the U.S. Students who stay for nine months in credit–bearing study are eligible to apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT). OPT permits temporary employment for practical training directly related to a student's major area of study.
